In-Office Full Body Massage
This is to get your Full Body Massage using different techniques including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, & Shiatsu. It is customized to your body using intuition to feel where you need help and your feedback (verbal communication unless you are deaf - have a limited vocabulary in American Sign Language and l'm happy to learn more!). Session can last UP TO 3 hours at the discretion of massage therapist including cold carbonated mineral water or hot tea
IF you only want a Swedish massage, please be clear and if you notice me asking about where you especially feel tension (tight muscles), repeat that you only need a Swedish massage. Swedish massage is more for relaxation and I specialize in Deep Tissue, so I might hyperfocus on fixing instead.

Housecall/In-Office - Feeling sick? (Ask for "Sick Call")
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This is lighter pressure than Swedish and is ideal for you if you are ill (congested, feverish), sufferers of fibromyalgia and lymphedema, and those recovering from surgery. Housecall (out sick from work?) is available at no additional charge within 30 minutes of the office!
Full Body Swedish Express
30 minutes of full body Swedish Massage! Not an option for new clients, this is no time for hot tea or cold carbonated mineral water just straight to the massage!
Housecall Retreat
Are you having a retreat and have at least 6 (up to 10) people interested in a Swedish massage back-to-back? Book now! (This is available to locations within 90 minutes of Omaha)
Corporate Chair Massage
This is a great way to treat your employees to up to 15 minutes of relaxation in my massage chair (available in increments of 8)! Tips appreciated but not necessary
Marathon Massage!
This is a Detailed Deep Tissue massage either in the office OR in your own home. This is NOT for the faint of heart nor the well-regulated body (if you're staying relaxed, you probably don't want this), but especially for someone who knows they need the work, it's been a while since your last Deep Tissue massage, and are willing to allow for hydration and snack breaks. The image below is a screenshot of the first time I did this showing exactly how long it took with the most minimal of hydration breaks (no snacks). Conversation is very much encouraged not only about pressure, but also about anything that comes to your mind. This offer is only available to 52 people per year (1/week).
